The Sophomore Year

Image
After pressurizing myself everyday with…“I’m gonna start writing tomorrow!!”…phew! I’m finally writing…again. These schedules are keeping me so-so busy that by the end of the day, I’m already tired and slumping into bed. No time to write or do anything else. It’s the sophomore year. I promised myself that I’d enjoy this year to the fullest. No expectations. No commitments. No strings attached.   And most importantly no regrets. And I’d ‘LIKE’ to think I’ve finally adapted to Dharan. But as I always say being home is the warmest feeling ever… Being far away from home is so difficult. I feel like  I've  grown so much. But this is what I have to say “Oh there’s no problem…I can try it some other time” and smile. Argh...

Yeah I know I'm a little late with the New Year wishes but my super hectic schedule prevents me from getting updated through the internet frequently. Well it's the beginning of another year already and like every year; I did make some resolutions to sum up with my unfulfilled resolutions of last year. No one and absolutely no one can compete with my laziness…I bet. Now when I revive the memories from last year, I can recollect some good, some bad and some worst situations that life fed me with. I think getting into BPKIHS was the most vital part of the good memos and ahm…let me mention...grabbing the second position in inter-medical college essay competition. Furthermore, this strong feeling I get time and again is all thanks to the year that is bygone whereas getting to meet someone to whom now I would not throw a penny at is the bitterest period of my entire life. Thank God! Time heals all our wounds. Dancing in the New Year program, ‘Spandan’,...
